These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Urban Kitchen ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Urban Kitchen is a proprietorship business located at 80/1, Feeder Road, Belgharia, Near Bata More, Kolkata 700056. Contact: , urbankitchen1981@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep descriptions, photos and stock accurate. Colours may look slightly different on screen. If a mistake in price or stock is found after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Manufacturer warranties are provided by the brand as stated on the product or its warranty card.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after full payment, the required advance payment, or verification of a cash-on-delivery order.
• Where an advance is taken, the balance is payable on delivery or pickup by cash or UPI.
• We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or we suspect misuse. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Delivery, cancellation and returns

5. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Do not share OTPs with anyone. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.

8. Grievances

Grievance officer: Bingshati Debnath, urbankitchen1981@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
