Shipping and delivery policy
- We deliver in Belgharia and nearby areas using our own staff or local partners such as Porter or Rapido, and across Kolkata, West Bengal and India through courier partners.
- The delivery date shown on the product, cart and checkout pages depends on your PIN code and the product. It is an estimate; we will update you if it changes.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown on the site are delivered free.
- You can also choose free store pickup at 80/1, Feeder Road, Belgharia, Near Bata More, Kolkata 700056. We will message you when your order is ready.
- Please check the package at delivery. If it is visibly damaged, refuse it or record it with the rider and contact us within 48 hours.
- Track your order anytime on the Track order page with your order number and mobile number.
